Abramovich named 2nd richest man in UK

Russian oligarch and owner of Chelsea football club Roman Abramovich comes second in this year's Sunday Times Rich list. He's only behind the steel tycoon Lakshmi Mittal in the rundown of the wealthiest people in Britain.
Another Russian businessman, Alisher Usmanov, with interests in steel, media and banking has also made to the top five. Like Abramovich, he owns part of an English Premier League club, being the largest shareholder in Arsenal.
Only six native British businessmen made it to the top 20 of the list, which includes people born or based in the UK.
