FBI director admits domestic use of drones for surveillance

Assange makes last-ditch attempt to remain in UK

February 01, 2012 06:22

The founder of WikiLeaks has appealed his extradition to Sweden at Britain’s Supreme Court. Julian Assange is accused of committing sex crimes against two women in 2010, though he insists the case against him is politically motivated.

I'm a bit confused about this story - if he is innocent then why doesn't he go to Sweden to prove it?? The Swedes are a fair nation. His extreme reluctance to go and face these charges is rather suspicious if you ask me.

Can't the Swedes, the Brits, and the American governments SEE how much damage they are doing to their images by abusing Assange and Manning in this way?  Do they think that world opinion counts for nothing?  I wonder if they realise how few friends they have left.  They clearly underestimate the active damage that can happen when governments lose credibility and alienate the support of ordinary people at home or in other countries. Or perhaps they over estimate just how much power they really have.

But of course the charges are politically motivated. Who in his right mind would believe a guy who challenges the most powerful players in the west exposing them for what they are, would commit two offences in a country well known with its feminist´ domination? And how come he never had any blot in his record until this moment? Another embarrassing for them political farce!

Be sure to take a detailed picture of his anal cavity, before sending him to the US, (or Sweden whatever) so you can measure how badly it gets pummeled by his cell mates, once he arrives on US (oops, I mean Swedish) shores.

Mr Assange should sneak into the Iranian embassy and then smuggled to Iran before he is betrayed by the pathetic Swedish government and the stooge British government and courts, and shipped off to a US jail where he has ZERO chance of justice.

Mr Assange can live a safe life of luxury with a TV program of his own in Iran.

Assange's extradition is being sought because he had consensual sex without a condom. The extraordinary expense and abuse of process certainly raises concern as to the veracity in which this case is being pursued. t is clear based on available reports that the Diplomatic corps are upset that their correspondence has been aired in public and that as a resut they intend to extract the most revenge they can against Assange, no mater the cost. yes this is an abuse of process and the judicial system.

Arguments for the Defense 01.02.2012 20:46

I have a better defence Your Honour:

Swede n is a rubbish country of proabortion  frustrated lesVian neofeminists  and while they would be Vanging out with a rastafari for less than what you get when you return the empty bottle to the supermarket, they will make an issue if someone Vangs them without their written consent, despite the fact that their quasi-menopausic Vum was shining naked and pointing towards Assange torpeedo.
As an additional argument Your Honour, you have a bunch of murderous rapists in the US who, while they acquited and gave a pat on the shoulder to the killers of the massacre of Hadditah, they are condenming a guy who presumably passed a couple of evidences of how the US marines murder, to a life sentence of 52 years.

Now your honour, since I am getting pished off at having my precious time and intelligence taken by this stiupid show trial, do you mind if we call off this circus and finish this bloody stiupidity ? Besides, I claim 4 million pounds in moral damages and 1 year and a half being deprived of liberty

Sweden is not a neutral country.  If Julian Assange had sexually engaged 2 willing female partners in any other corner of this planet sans prophylactics (rubbers), would he be facing extradition?  I rather doubt it.  The charges are false and inspired by Uncle Sam.  There is no telling where Assange will wind up -- in a Swedish prison, in the USA prison gulag, extreme renditioned to some CIA "black site", or "suicided" like so many others.  As head of WikiLeaks, Assange has tweeked the nose of Uncle Sam by publicly  revealing confidential (not secret) information.  ------------
The treatment good or bad of whistleblowers and their allies is a pretty good indication of just how free the society is that harbors them.  Considering the abysmally horrid treatment of Manning, the info dump source, the USA is situated somewhere between 9 and 11 on the Tyranny Scale.

reading some othe information available I believe he fell into a honey trap. The women concerned were quite willing to have sex with him then later they both decided to make a complaint that he raped BOTH of them ! These women also knew each other, could they be part time prostitutes ? This case is full of holes and I believe he was set up. The USA would like to interview him, I bet they would ! Since the US likes to interview lots of people from all over the world, there are many still being interviewed in Cuba !

We will soon find out the truth about Jullane and wiki leaks.  George Soros (who is David Rockefeller in disguise) funds wiki leaks and rockefeeler does not fund anything of good will without a large effect of destruction.

Is any other major news agency making the live feed available? This is how freedom is supposed to work. Court should be open. Julian Assange's lawyers are practicing law as it is supposed to be practiced in a free country, defending the rights of citizens. The West used to do that in court, for the most part. There used to be a very high burden of proof required against the accused. Probable cause used to be a very demanding requirement.

But that changed with Ronald Reagan. Reagan ushered in a new age of authoritarianism, militant policing and religious extremism throughout the world.

Sweden and unbiased? PLEEEASE give me a break! Nobody has ever suffered the way I did into their “unbiased” Scandahuvia. THI MOST racial countries on the face of the earth. And I say NOBODY! Every new establishment is marred by oppression. The worst of ALL in resent times has been the combination between racism and the Femi Nazism. As Scandinavia clearly represents the combination between the ugly side of capitalism and the ugly side of the failed former Soviet socialism. Scandahu via IS the CRIMINAL PARADISE of SICK feminist’s WITCHES! GO and wonder WHY this comes from there. And trust me, I can write toms on the issue backed up by mountain of documentation proving my points.

Anybody who thinks that Sweden is "neutral" is a fool, to say the least. They participated in the second gulf war in 1991, they participated in the Libyan war in 2011. And they finally got real when they abandoned conscription and therefore, their theoretical neutrality (they were always a US patsy throughout the cold war anyway, look for the submarines they had in front of their coasts). Since when do "neutral" countries participate on one side (with arms) in a war?

Anyway, to give you a comparison, a European country recently extradited an Afghan alien to the US on rape charges. It happened extremely fast, within a few weeks. We know that in the UK, a huge number of people are imprisoned without charges for years now, because it is not whether they can be extradited. So, as soon as he is in Sweden, he will probably go to the US and held in solitary confinement for 23,5 hours a day for the rest of his live, without contact to anybody anymore.

Look at what Israel did to Mordechai Vanunu, and you can imagine what the US will do to Assange!

Marina Dzhashi looks very beautiful with this dress.  I think the fashion designer for this dress has been influenced by Russian folk dress style, which is both respectable and appealing.

Also, I noticed other people in RT have become very fashionable, which make them look more professional.  Has RT hired a fashion or style editor for the channel? I like the change.

Whatever it is, RT has become the best dressed news channel I watch.  I think this helps the image of the channel greatly, by creating a good first impression.

Look, if the US will throw out a couple of Brits for tweeting they want to party and dig up Marilyn Monroe, they will definitely make every effort to extradite Assange from Sweden to the US and punish him very severely, by both torture and possibly death, even accidental death or a suicide setup.  That Swede Sven-Erik Alhelm who is <<tired???> > well, that's just too f'n bad; that guy looks like a very bad liar.  Oh, we're too arrogant to be politically motivated. Trust us to send him to the US.  That guy is a death sentence waiting to happen.
