In addition the British government gets protection money from the Gulf States in billions of dollars. The payment is in proportion to the income from oil. For example Kuwait under signed agreement with the British government has to invest a third of its annual income from oil in Britain every year in addition to the payment which is directly made to the British government. The British government is sustained by the flow of this illegally earned money.
