Excellent! Do these guys have a chapter in the US? A Serbian Orthodox church was burned down in LA during the NATO wars against Yugoslavia....Wish they'd been there.

@ guest............... .Perhaps you are right to mention the problems that ALL influential men have....BUT....DON'T presume to be so self-righteous as to judge the Orthodox Church. A question for you;

 Jesus straightened up, and said to them, "He who is without sin among you, let him be the first to throw a stone at her."  John 8:7

You a stone thrower?

Well done bikers for supporting the church.  God will not be mocked, and those trying to do so will spend eternity in Hell unless they repent of their blasphemous actions. God bless Russia, its church, and Mr Putin!

For those that don't know, here is what all this sudden "defence" of the church is about:

1) Patriach's 25 000 EUR wristwatch that was shown on an official photograph and later partially removed, with the reflection (of the watch from a glossy wooden table) being left behind. People have reacted to this continuing overly lavish lifestyle of people who supposedly "are not interested in earthly things"
2) Patriach apartment scandal. Long story short he has an apartment close to the Kremlin on the 12'th floor. On the floor below him the apartment was renovated, and he took this man to court over "nano-dust" that spread trough the ventilation shaft up to his apartment, and allegedly damaged books withe the damaged estimated to more than the apartment below is worth. A very strange (corrupt?) court decision had the apatment below the patriarch "arrested", obviously evicting the people there in the process.
3) Pvssy Riot scandal. The core of the issue is that he could have been a christian and forgive Pvssy Riot but he did not.

Essentia lly the patriarch is gluttonous, litigious, rich oligarch and now he has people riled up to defend his commercial enterprise (the church) as if it is "very important" for the nation and the people.

Let this be a Strong warning to those who dare defy the Church, if they think they can give the Church hell, then they have another thing coming, they're the ones who will end up in Hell.

Go Russian Bikers, Go the Holy ROC!

I am glad to see people defending the church from those who want it destroyed.

I heard about bikers association with hells angels and coffin cheaters, certainly it's much more of them out there related to the hell or heaven, but I have never even dreamed about bikers, adopting the role of the apostles. On one hand the Patriarch Kirill I, spreading hi-tech message, sitting on the high hill together with bikers and on the other, dragging Russia together with Putin, back to fifteen century and creating the new Council of Constance to burn alive few girls, who dares to sing in their church. Are they gone mad?
