Blast kills 1 in Tajik capital

One man has been killed in a powerful explosion in the Tajik capital, Dushanbe. Police say the explosive was in plastic bag and detonated when a security guard tried to pick it up.
The blast occurred right outside a building where the Countrty's Prime Minister was due to attend an international conference.
Tajikistan's Prosecutor General claims the blast was a terrorist attack and a criminal case has been launched accordingly.
