Blast kills nine in Chechnya

Nine servicemen have been killed and six more injured in an explosion in Chechnya.
The incident took place in the republic's Shali region on Tuesday at 5:15 pm Moscow time.
According to Russia's Defence Ministry the blast happened as ammunition was being moved from one vehicle to another.
A special commission has been sent to the site to investigate what appears to be an accident.
