One person confirmed dead and at least 125 people have been rescued from a boat that sank en route to Australia, according to customs reports. However it is still unclear how many may be unaccounted for.

Yes, Ms Sharmi, Tiger sharks invest Australia's Northern warmer waters and can be just as aggressive as their Southern cousins the Great White. Shame your quirky sense of humour is lost on most readers, yet i do believe it is not wasted on the old Brit.
The Ocean does a much better job of immigration control than the Australian Govt. Soon we will be like that lovely melting pot they call the USA. Jump for joy.

How dare that horrid aboriginal white trash native Ancient Briton talk about our nice little earner as an "industry".....very soon now ninety-nine per cent of the seven billion population of the world will be fairly distributed across the collapsing failed state BBC La La Land Multicultural Banana Republic of Britain...... and we can move to Asia and live like queens! If the Brits were daft enough not to investigate just what "Asian culture" involved when it came to dishonesty corruption and political elitism and fraud that`s their problem ...for inventing multi-culturalism!
I have a simple solution to this Asylum Industry....tell every third world nation that is too incontinent to control its own population levels that they can dump as many so called asylum seekers as they like... ...but only in the homes of human rights lawyers and BBC staff and Archbishops and in churches and Buckingham Palace and that modest bijou residence called the Vatican. Meanwhil e all the NGO`s and politicians and journalists that get so distressed about these human rights injustices should have their homes and entire wealth confiscated and the proceeds distributed among the billions of poor across the world........while they are forced to live in the squalor of the slums and sink estates of their own country ....just to demonstrate their bona fides and lack of hypocrisy!
