Lawyers against law: Montreal legal eagles parade against anti-rally bill (PHOTOS)

May 29, 2012 15:02

Hundreds of lawyers have marched through Montreal in a subdued challenge to a new bill that harshly limits public protests. Canada’s province of Quebec has gone through 106 days of massive actions, which started as student outrage over tuition hikes.

Arresting people who protest or complain, and burdening them with economic losses in courts are all that the Canadian government regimes have been doing in the name of democracy. If government oppressions could have been the solutions to the problems of the complainants then Hitler, Stalin, Saddam Hussein, and myriad others like them would have outlasted their actual duration of dictatorship.

The National Post numbers are skewed.  Their polls were taken BEFORE the implimentation of bill 78.

During the May 24 long weekend, 400 000 people marched.  Not just students, but people from all walks of life.  They are sick of being stepped on by their government.

A nd just so non-Canadians know how screwed up our politics are: Jean Charest, the Premier of Quebec is a Liberal but used to run the federal Conservatives.  So imagine a Republican who failed to become president, and instead runs as a Democrat to become Governor of a state.

And if you want to see real disaster, research what Steven Harper and his federal level Conservatives are up to.  There is a lot of controversy right now as to whether his win in the 2011 election is valid.  Once hearing that, Harper's government slashed the budget of Elections Canada... the watchdog group that ensures fair elections.  And that's just ONE example.

So GO QUEBEC!!  The rest of the country will soon wake up and follow your lead!

Of course huge numbers of Canadian Attorneys protest against the Satanically evil Zionist directed ban on the freedom to assemble.

1) Such a goose stepping series of Police State laws would be a huge boon to attorney's across Canada. The parade by various law firms signals, 'I'm with you and available'.

2 ) Foremost, ZERO Democracy's can ban citizens right to assemble and protest corruption and unconstitutional laws levied against it's citizens because that entirely supports and extends a Dictatorship with Totalitarianism leading to absolute corruption of a former democracy.

Ca nadian citizens should be told and realise these depraved goose stepping bills and laws against it's citizens are directly coming from the Satanically evil Zionists pushing to expand America into a North American State along with expanding the world's largest prison system inside America to include Canada giving rise to the new Reich headed by the Zionists and their puppet leaders.

As I understand it, the law allows the cops to charge each person up to $5,000.
If 2,500 people were arrested in the last 106 days, then the government seeks to make over $12 Million. Easy money. The crazy maple leafers up there are paying $113,207 per day for this law. Whoever came up with the saying: "Crime doesn't pay", obviously never held political office or worked on Wall Street.

H owever the increase in police costs, court costs, media fees, and bad press is triple that figure. Also dont forget the angry mob with torches and pitchforks either.

Self destructive governments will do ANYTHING to try and survive. ANYTHING.
Don't all parasites eventually destroy the host?

“There are so many vaguely worded parts to this law,”
This is how it works:

Ay n Rand - "You honest men are such a problem and such a headache. But we knew you'd slip sooner or later - and this is just what we wanted ... Did you really think we want those laws observed? We want them to be broken. You'd better get it straight that it's not a bunch of boy scouts you're up against... We're after power and we mean it... There's no way to rule innocent men. The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren't enough criminals one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws. Who wants a nation of law-abiding citizens? What's there in that for anyone? But just pass the kind of laws that can neither be observed nor enforced or objectively interpreted – and you create a nation of law-breakers – and then you cash in on guilt. Now that's the system, Mr. Rearden, that's the game, and once you understand it, you'll be much easier to deal with."

As the number of demonstrators increase and the scope of unrest widens beyond students, the Canadian government levels will run out of jails and arrest processing capacities. At that point, there is only one solution: To empty the jails and make room for the police and government officials to be inaugurated in former jails as their safe houses with maximum security that their earlier freedoms could no longer provide. However, at this time, there is another solution: To seek an international Special Rapporteur from the UNHRC to investigate and resolve the Montreal issues as well as other issues of HR abuse in Canada.
