Moscow police have detained a man they believe killed, butchered and partially ate one of his acquaintances. Severed parts of the victim’s body have been discovered in various parts of the city since early May.

Ananth, This case is a sad indictment on the Russian mental health system. Your comment is a sad indictment on your character. Both show a lack of compassion which sadly fails to separate humans from those animals you refer to.

I do not know much about Russian legal system how it works.Only I can say that trial should not be so long,Imprisoning&nbs p; him for so long is also waste of public money.
If found guilty,cruelly through him in the wild animal cage in the zoo.video shoot the entire episode,broadcast on world net work which may be eye opener for similar culprits.
