September 22, 2011 06:50

Al Jazeera's director general has resigned due to rumors he is linked to the CIA. Critics say that would explain the switching US attitude towards the Qatar-based news network.

This is well known that money can make us disembarrass. But what to do if one doesn't have money? The one way is to get the personal loans or short term loan.

&n bsp;   Terrific! It's such a wonderful news to find out that the man behind the twisting of the minds and emotions of most gullible Arab viewers and listeners of this corporate news channel, was outed as a CIA donkey!    ;     Armed with her immaculate understanding of the power and influence of the media, especially in shaping the perception of the youth, the American chief spy and spokesperson, Hillary Clinton, some months back wanted&nbs p;the British broadcaster  BBC to toe the American line and thus in effect, propagate American Foreign Policy.    ;   & nbsp; Well, since Al Jazeera was intentionally or inadvertentl y destroying the perception of the Arab Street by making them think, what might ultimatel y be bad for them in the long run is good, Hillary just have to lick her mouth, smile and say: Stupid Arab terrorists, we've got them now! We're using their own revered institution to& nbsp;destroy them!

And what about RT? Who pulls the RT strings - the FSB Chekists now in total power in Russia? Its not too important really - RT is often so over-the-top in its weird news stories and weirder analysis that nobody takes RT seriously. Its good fun to scan RT stories, videos and photos - like looking at a raunchy supermarket tabloid.

I have also noticed the different slant. It is a pity as I really enjoyed aljazeera. The news has become so ridiculously the same as CNN I don't know why they bother. It's almost as if they're reading from the same script. Perhaps they are. Quite frankly the only news channel to watch is RT. At least you haven't been bought or intimidated and are doing your job as journalists and keeping us informed in an objective manner. I love Alyona's show. She says it as it is. A breath of fresh air.

Al Jazeera was always a thinly veiled psyops operation. Consider the positive attitude it promoted to all the US client states in the gulf during the 'Arab Spring' while demonising Syria and Libya to a ridiculous extent with unverified reports of atrocities and maintaining the call for war. Not much rage about the oppression in Saudi Arabia or its invasion of Bahrain.

Occasionally you get an 'anti-American' story to lull the viewers/readers that it is a legitimate independent voice.

When it started, the US made sure to keep up the rage against it to give it legitimacy and the station itself carried many anti-American stories. As it became more popular and reached more people, it suddenly stopped with the anti-American bias and the US became quiet.

PsyOps 101, yet so many fall for it.

Al Jazeera is owned and operated by the CIA? Shocker! I wish Wikileaks would have exposed how many work inside Fox, CNN and MSNBC.

It makes some sense, since not all their news had a place to comment.
Unlike "ouRT" which prints it even if they do not agree.  Now the question
is at what point do they say to RT, tone it down…
