Chinese, Russians suspected of spying on US

The Wall Street Journal reports that cyberspies have penetrated the U.S. electrical grid, and left behind software that could be used to disrupt the whole system.

Dahhhh....If the US keeps hiring the "cheapest" contractors, like China, they are asking for trouble. China can easily embed our computer security systems with an embedded code that will allow them both access and and control of all US systems. First a breach in our "electrical grid", then our "air traffic controls". It's not rocket-science, just common sense. Our country has been warned by professionals about their contracting practices, of hiring the "cheapest" for a long time now. It's probably too late at this point. Unless our government hires some top "hackers" and pays them dearly. We had a blackout here in Florida, suddenly, about a month ago, for about fifteen minutes, during the day. It effected a large area per FPL. I wonder if that was a result of a security breach ??? Did anyone else around the country experience a similar blackout ???
