I suspect it`s beginning to become obvious to people in the Middle east that there are some problems that cannot be blamed on the West and Israel.
What both Muslims and Roman Catholic religious leaders do is encourage people to have larger families than they can possibly feed and then start complaining about famine and their "human right" to migrate to the West where we are bullied into looking after them.
Of course any protests about the injustice and impracticality is met with the usual whining from "faith groups" and the BBC/Liberty/Amnesty International/Soros/ RT(?) about how awful WE are!!

No Nation's army must be used against its people for the purpose to political domination. Egypt's army is now a Military Dictatorship under the leadership of Tantawi who is a puppet of foreign Govts.
