What "red line"? Isn't it like having US military in Georgia, and wanting the presence in Ukraine? Pointless. It makes no sense for Russia to advertise its collaboration. Once upon a time, Cuban missile pad was just a means of getting a bargain, that is, for US to remove nuclear infrastructure from Turkey. Since there is no way of knowing what military capability is being placed in Georgia, Russia will insure that all, if any, military infrastructure in Carrebean would not attract attention. This is by far more dangerous then the old Cuban missile crisis. Today, there are mirriad ways to deceive and conceal the ever smaller components of military infrastructure.

The above remarks again by Fidel Castro is somthing we do not want to hear at this time in our international situation. My concern is that Russia has recently taken advantage of this ageing dictator and again planted the seed of war in his head. I will go on the premise that Russia did not plant that seed. So under that circumstance it must be examined carefully by our security officials and a dicision must be made on a hypatetical scenario of how to deal with this if bases begin to be built. If no bases or old bases are involved then the case must be made ,discused and implimented to end Castros reign. This should also be the same for the president of Iran. Since the missle system discused has now reached a point of no return. It must be activated as soon as it is ready. Besides the placement of the shields location which must already be established, one of the first locations must be in Israel. But know we have already made the decision that the fallout of a nucleur accident, attack or terrorist use of such a weapon is going to be simply collatoral damage. My remarks in fact even scare me but must be accepted. So one little drop of water in the pan will lead to a never ending ripple. GOD BLESS AMERICA. I hope this president is gone before this scenirio is forced into motion by one of the above or some other party.END.
