Glade to see Russia investing in Africa, What Africa really needs is investment and not aid, as the saying goes Give a man a fish and he will eat today but give him a net and he will eat always. Been to Nigeria many times, that country has no natural gas facilities and simply flares the gas while just going for the oil causing loss of capital and environmental damage as nothing grows anywhere near these flares. On the Nigerian side, control of corruption should be their main aim to prevent business collapse as that is always what destroyed any main venture they went into.

What Africa needs is investment and education. They need to know about the truth that makes the civilised world so great. African's need to become philosophers and theologians. They need to open up academy's of teaching with their money and not waste it on distributing it to greedy people. Kind regards Anton Hoenderkamp PS - Diamonds are Forever
