If you think the weather patterns are not abnormal, you have not looked outside. Global warming is real. Climate change is real. The warming is the global average. The weather patterns change in particular areas. Some places get colder, some get hotter. There is one reason nothing serious is being done to deal with it. The big capitalists care about nothing but proft. To solve the climate crisis we are going to have to overthrow capitalism.

Why firstly almost all would accept sign in to the Kyoto Protocol, except USA of course - from where comes the largest pollution, and than start pull out of it if it wasn’t for them all about money and profits? I couldn’t believe when I heard Canada would do that too.This, and there is another serious disturber the Americans are working hard on called HAARP program - go read on the net what does.

To the “periodical cyclist’s” theorisers I would like to suggest another theory I’ve heard “earth’s life recycling” …our civilisation is merely the first lived on this planet. How some people naively expect such a tremendous industrial boost seen for the last 100 years with irresponsible over pollution would somehow not affect the climate? It is if to believe one would not clean his/her house expecting to be clean. Chemicals in the air, water, soil, food, rains, and everywhere… everything in the nature is tightly interconnected. Why is that rumours start to spread the rulers [western] of the world already began spreading the notion of reduction of the global population? Or could it be they know it full well, and they know well there is nothing could be done to stop it? Weren’t the N Americas and Europe registered as the most contributing planet’s polluters, and don’t we now witnessing an industrial boom all over the world… and perhaps the flat-earthers would still like to believe the men does not contribute to the climate change? I am also a dreamer, but I also see objectively the reality.

Climate has cycles and variations so that there are always periodical cold snaps. Unfortunately, there is a social dimension as to how societies cope with climate extremes and its apparent that so many homeless people are freezing to death in Ukraine because there aren't any emergency programs to help the homeless. 

This global warming stuff begins worrying me!

Its going to be much more colder next winter when global warming develops yet further. They say even the summers will be much colder. Terrible!

BEAUTIFUL!!! we must all agree, pictures look STUNNING, hope people are enjoying it while it last.

Besides all the existing theories of climate change one thing is sure; the global weather pattern has drastically changed. The deep continental areas can experience either extreme hot or cold, while the costal extreme winds. Rains and floods as well.

The Aliens have let loose the Weather Monster. Fasten your seat-belts, we're in for a rockity ride.

This winter I rarely went out in a jacket, maybe twice but most of the time I've been out in shorts. Tonights been the coldest though it's going to be 20 degrees Fahrenheit.

@Patrick I know, it is weird this year. Up here in Canada we are having the warmest winter with the least snow I think I've ever seen.

Weather is outta wack i live in AZ and one day its hot and the next day its freezing cold!
