In a China full of fake iPhones, pirated DVDs and knockoff Louis Vuitton bags, a rice trader has come up with a new angle for falsehood. Counterfeit bank, anyone?

How does this action by Lin Chunping compare to the real US Bank's actions of lending fake money generated out of thin air based the bank's assets and then turning around and selling those loans in the form of derivatives? Lin Chunping went to jail. What of the US bankers running the fake schemes and not going to jail? Interesting.
There are many in China, even though they constitute a tiny % of the population, that are very unscrupulous. The economic scene in China is enabling these people to act like vampires in the night or werewolves on a full moon. Let's hope the Chinese leadership will be those who focus on the true values of the revolution. I have no hope on local governments. The central government needs to reempower the people and purge them.
