Sausages and fines keep workers on right path

In the Kurgan region entire villages are becoming ghost towns as young people move to the cities in the search of jobs, while the rest often get absorbed in hard drinking. There is a village, though, where life is different – thanks to one man.

If a contract is clear and entered into freely then there is no excuse for attacking it, however, as what appears to be the sole major employer I would urge caution as there are always those, especially minor "officials" who will seek to destroy ! Still, I personally think he has the right idea if his motive is the welfare of his workforce ! KUDOS !

Humans are a social animal that works in hierarchies.  I personally believe that democracy is against human nature.  In this democracy, they've trashed me out for control so that I have to be naturally submissive or desperately dependent.  I would prefer to live in a ranked system and give up control in mutual understandings for self-respect or to work towards higher standards/ ideals.
