Fire destroys residential complex in Vladivostok

A fire has destroyed a 24-storey building under construction in the Russian city of Vladivostok. The site of residential complex, which is shaped like a sail, has been left devastated.
The fire started on the upper floors melting the outer covering of the building before spreading to the lower floors.
The blaze covered more than 400 SQ M, with high temperatures causing melted materials and glass to fall.
It took ten fire crews to put the fire out- no one is thought to have been hurt.
