No big surprise, its part of Windows and it's various backdoors. The software simply checks for the user language selected, country it was shipped to, and then when internet connection is made, the country location is confirmed and the backdoor is installed. Been going on for a decade at least.

Only four countries had the technical know-how to develop the Flame virus: "Israel, the U.S., China and Russia."Since the virus was obviously intended for Iran, we can eliminate its friends China and Russia.This leaves only Israel and us.Having thoroughly demonized Iran, anything we do to it has become fair game.But there is nothing fair or right about taking another country's data. Certainly we would not want China or Russia taking our data and spreading it to 80 separate servers.As a leader of the world community aspiring for governance through universal fairness, we can no longer afford to follow the beaten path of expediency chosen by Israel.  Doing so will not only deprive us of our moral authority, but will also squander our unique opportunity to fashion a more just and fair world.

Ok ,I think every one is missing a point here ! Who would have most interest on developing software as such to spy on the list of countries mentioned ? That is right the US! Considering that it was only sought in August 2010 ,this was probably running  from just about estimate 2003 ? Russia has no gains here lets be realistic about it , the sophistication of the virus and its spying capabilities are signature mark of US backed operation, CIA for sure ! These guys are experts in what they do (WAR) and a bit of spying . Russia is not the paranoid state of the world with the greed for control and destruction of lives for the gains of power and money ! Long live Putin ,so you Americans can go to bed with the thought that you just cant have everything ,evil ? It lives in the US! Your propaganda just does not work in Russia !

Now its time to install Kaspersky Antivirus on your computer! ok, usually its the antivirus provider itself that creates the viruses to sell the new version of its programm, but in that case, it is another dimension.. as a software developer, and every dev knows about that, there is an old saying: "show me your code, and I tell you who you are.." but this will not be easy because of the complexity of the code. I'm sure it comes from a top secret agency, from a country, where even the government doesn't know that this agency exists..

This virus is invented mainly to attack Iran by USA,UK and Israel. but it could be used to attack other countries like India, China or maybe Russia. It is crucial that eastern countries help eachothers against such threats. they all are on a same ship!
