Why do you insist in giving the impression that is North Korea at fault ? Korea is a foreign ( USA ) occupied country and as such is right to defend itself first and then do their utmost to free from foreign occupation ! Why don't the foreign troops announce their withdrawal from Korea and talks start in earnest for a reunification of the country ? But above all, why isn't Russia the broker together with China to accomplish this ?
