It is common knowledge in "my neck of the woods" by those "in the know" that when the Red Army was renamed the Soviet Army the psychological impact on the Soviet Peoples allowed the rapid advance of the CIA campaign of "Perish Troika" given new life under Clinton. It led to the demise of the Soviet Union as a State 20 years ago.The salvage that had to occur under the Gorbachev regime led to the formation of the CIS which has been turned through the continued maneouverings of the CIA into a ragtag rabble or cabhal of mishmash States that as yet are more disunited than united in the common objective to advance their peoples towards Socialism. In my day the cry "Long Live Uncle Joe" was synonimous with "Long Live The Red Army - the Army of the Revolution". To allow Military Bases of the USA on your territory is just one example of that. /// snowyone.
