Cesium-137 contamination: Fukushima amounts to four Chernobyls

May 24, 2012 17:38

TEPCO’s new estimates suggest that its Fukushima reactor has released more than quadruple the amount of radioactive cesium-137 leaked during the Chernobyl disaster. But the method used to measure the damage may undervalue the hazard even further.

A live video feed taken in the spring and summer would likely show these same locations to be green with birds and insects flying around.
In the pictures the cows look hungry but I have all their fur so it does not look like they are suffering from radiation poisoning. The deciduous trees don't have their leaves and the grass is dry because it is winter time when these pictures were taken. The landscape is a lifeless Japan winter scene but there is a few visible coniferous shrubs that are green. The media blits that RT has decided to jump on board with is a bunch of HOOPLA to lay waste to nuclear energy for civilian use and open the gates for less efficient power generating systems. Maybe Solara can energize the country. Go Green and enjoy the black outs.

I suggest that this article is worth reading, from a US General:

Here goes some gamma spec data from Wellington New Zealand.
http://z l2tod.net/gaigakaunt a/data/20120513-gaig akaunta-all-wide.png
The Russian, and American Embassies can reveal the same information, which has been leaked.
Remember- this is GAMMA INSIDE ... most of the fallout is ALPHA AND BETA ... GAMMA is marginal.
Outside is a different story. Of course, RT has been emailled this data by several readers, but no longer responds, and is silent on the issue.

Russia Today is spreading disinformation regarding Fukushima. Our initial estimates on the release of materials from Fukushima alone was 60-180 times Chernobyl. That has since been revised upwards due to the toxicity of Plutonium, Americium, Neptunium and other isotopes bio-available in the environment.
We presently estimate releases from Fukushima at a Biological Equivalence Factor of 15,000 to 340,000 times the releases from Chernobyl.

Ma ybe RT should get Prof Chris Busby back on, but I fear that RT will cover up information that is vital to the Free peoples of this world.
RT - you've been caught Lying - its not a good look - especially since your reporters have been emailed data which conflicts with your own story.

Hi RT,
I hope you'll run an apology piece, as this misinformation was picked up and went far and wide.  In case you still haven't heard that you've made one heck of a mistake, you compared the Iodine-equivalent of I-131 + Cs-137 of Fukushima, to the raw estimates for Chernobyl.  See details at my blogpost:
Fukushi ma’s Cs-137 is NOT “Four Chernobyls” ! (Russia Today spreading misinform ation)

Hope this is helpful.
All the best,
MVB

The Americans have faked their radiation measurements, and removed their RadNet monitors.
Europe has been caught faking data on their Eurdep system - even Turkey has supplied fake data to embellish their recent reactor leaks. Now they just turn the monitors off when they have reactor vents and leaks.
Lastly, Russia's radiation monitoring stations all recorded for a 2 week period the same radiation levels - either the same random variations in them!
This is statistically impossible ...
Come on RT - publish the Truth!

Fukushim a is a direct man-made act of war. It is not a result of a natural Earthquak and Tidal Wave. Learn the Truth.

And RT should be reporting this if they stand for Truth in Journalism ****** ******************** ******************** ******************** ******************** ******************** ******************I agree with you on this one.RT has been sent some very valuable inside information on the accidents and Fukushima Radiation Issue by many people - but has failed to inform the public. Why is that?
Worse, they delete posters dropping information here, and their reporters are at best - next to Useless!Time for RT is wise up - and fast, and to remove itself from the global media conspiracy of silence - just like with Chernobyl, Mayak and Cheliabinsk.
Take a look at events in Melbourne recently. This is from Fukushima in the Southern Hemisphere. http:// www.youtube.com/watc h?v=b6RykQF4HqA
M y background here is now 3-4 times what it was before Fukushima.

I agree with What goes up. We have a problem though - our bodies require water to live, so not drinking any water is just not possible.
