Once it happens to America and one of its buddies, they try to cover it up, but if it happens to Russia, they get on their white horse and start moaning just as they did after Chernobyl.

All nations on the Pacific must claim damages to Japan. The incident was not natural disaster. It was occurred by a foolish act of one electric power company.

When the radioactive material is not being cooled, it heats up to approximately 4000 degrees F and starts to melt. If the vessel cannot contain the temperatures, it eats through the bottom and continues. It is impossible to stop until the nuclear fuel is exhausted. When it hits the water table, the environment will be severely irradiated. This is what is happening. The Japanese Government is trying to hide the facts. That a full blown unstoppable nuclear meltdown has occurred and a very large area will become uninhabitable and large scale radiation effects not seen since Hiroshima will affect their population.
