That so-called "help" with seed technology would not include "terminator seeds", would it? Food and farm aid is a nice idea, but not if it traps farmers in more debt servitude. Ask the Iraqi farmers about saving their own seed - last I heard, they cannot do it any more but must buy special seed each year. Is Monsanto spreading that GM seed to Africa now?
