Gaddafi and his regime's attempts to try and make a diplomatic solution to the crisis that they themselves created will in no way work. Since those in opposition to his dictatorship have stated quite firmly that they want him and his henchmen and family gone from their lives. They are quite clear that they want to live their lives in the same manner that others do in lands where those that govern are elected by the people, and are held accountable for their actions by legal process. It is clear that from the beginning the Libyan people took to the streets in protest against a meglomanic dictator, his answer was bullets and death. The answer of the people is to fight back, they have no other option. It was the Libyan people who pleaded with the world for help. The help that did come was a little bit too late. Now it is there, from nowhere come the voices of the moralists condemming the destruction of Gaddafi's weaponry. Would the moralists rather see Gaddafi commit genocide on his own people so that they can stick their heads back into the sand?
The truth here is that Libya is now in the throes of a violent revolution and the only foreign troops involved are the mercenries employed by Gaddafi.
A diplomatic solution could only have come about in the beginning if Gaddafi had stepped down and allowed the people to vote for the government they desire.

Please US, France and England stop the slaughter of the Libyan People with your airstrikes --Think of it as if the tea party( heavily supplied by the Neo-Nazi party ) tried to take over the US and go to the white house for regime change --Do you think the US would let these folks take over the country --????

I am sure that Western servants are continuously attacking to RT to change their policy. Now Russian political situation is favor for western and they want to cherish this their favorable situation. Maybe they want to complicate Russian political situation that the next president of Russia can't resolve quickly problem they have been already created. Maybe they pressuring RT from those servants. Maybe they already changed RT administration.

Dear Russia Today, the "moderator" is censoring comments exposing the fake war Gaddafi vs NATOQaddafi figured out how to deal with the situation… bring in FOREIGN troops. A countries own troops will always be reluctant to fire upon their friends and families in the crowd, BUT a foreign army… has no problems mowing them down.
April 3 *** LIBYA FAKE WAR NATO vs Gadaffi *** Gadaffi bombing last 3 cities (Misrata, Zintan, Brega) preventing illuminati plan to partition Libya. In both cities the battle is the people armed with automatic weapons vs Gaddafis's tanks, jets and an army composed of 60% mercenaries.
Apri l 2 NATO bombs the rebels as they try to retake Brega, murdering 10 fighters and six civilians in an ambulance.

For all the innocent victims of violence and refugees, which caused the U.S. _ NATO terrorists, Libya must remain independent as she  will wish  herself.
USA, France, the UK  will remain   mass murderers and misfortune for Lybia.
All violence was and is unnecessary.
Gaddafi is a strong man,  he reconsiders rescuing the country himself ,he is not it puppet wimp like most European politicians.
