  Aleks... interfering in other peoples affairs seems to be something most countries and nationals of those countries do,..
weren't there Arabs interfering in the affairs of Russia by sending volunteers  and money to terrorists in the Caucasus to war with the Federal authorities, aren't there  Arabs  interfering in the affairs of there neighbors, aren't there Pakistanis including in the Pakistani intelligence agency interfering in the affairs of Afghanistan, aren't in Africa  countries meddling in the affairs of there neighbors, now bigger countries with bigger powers like the United States or European countries interfere far more with far worst consequences.
&nb sp;I believe the future for them is a Pan-Arab  Union with a parliament were Arabs solve there problems alone and if outsiders meddle in there affairs they will deal with them United, its the only solution,....
 The question is how do they achieve that, in my opinion it will never happen as long as you have Dictators and kings in that part of the world putting there own and family interests  ahead of there countrie and peoples.
Also the rise of  other great powers both militarily and economically developing  in the 21 century plus the economic crises that is hitting the West will make leaders and more important the people of those countries (West) to question more and more this policy of interfering in the affairs of others.

This "outside interference" you can call the Anglo-American Military-Industrial complex looking not simply for survival, but also for staying on top (of the game).   When the  rebels looked like they were winning a few days ago now there luck has been reverse its Qaddafi's forces chasing them and they are running for safety,...
It seems that they don't have the means to over take Qaddafi's forces plus even more  they don't have support through out the country, this is a stalemate with Qaddafi's forces controlling all the important cities, us the two sides are fighting the real looser is Libya and the Libyan people,...
If this lasts for months there will be nothing left in Libya a country that was very advance with many social programs for its people if you compare her with other countries in the region.
Arabs have to learn to solve there problems alone with out any out side interference.

The heads of American and NATO leaders have been in a fog of self delusion ever since they embarked on this "humanitarian mission" via missiles and bombs.
Reality is finally setting in that the so-called "rebels" may be nothing more than wanabe actors in front of the TV cameras.
Won't be long before the Kenyan president of America calls up Medvedev and pleads: "help me, please help me".  

And the NATO circus of death and destruction goes on, with a blessing from Russia and China, knowing their turn will come soon.
