What can be said? This is really complicated. It's great that laws can be challenged in open court, if it can, and some groups are trying to do that. But I've also got the impression in reading internet articles, that intelligence agencies consider themselves outside the law, by definition. I don't know if this is right, but if it is, how can it be reconciled? Britian has the history of british intelligence, MI5 and MI6, and breaking things like German spy codes in WW2. It is not about to give up its intelligence operations, no doubt! Is it naive to expect it will inform honestly as to it's methods?

Shut up Arleen W Cutler and run your scam elsewhere.

On topic : I hope everyone across the globe signs the petition to stop nsa, gchq, and several other corrupt and immoral agency's from this violation of right's. When we had land mail or snail mail, did our letter's get opened ? Should we include that in the lawsuit ?

I hope Mr Snowden will reveal more about GCHQ, afterall if they have nothing to hide they have nothing to fear.

Also Abu Fatima, your right, this is one of the reasons our govt. are looking to remove human rights, even the UN has got involved in problems caused by our government who does not represent the people.

No wonder that unelected fun bag of excrement called David Cameron wants to opt out of ECHR.
