Nato's involvement is to stop the will of the people! It is clear that there is no freedom in Georgia and that Saakashvili is using Nato as a shield to hold on to power! So much for democracy! Nato must pay well. God bless! in Xto, fr portugal

Father - You are right Saakashvili is just another paid NATO puppet, to serve a gepolitical purpose, regardless of the detrimental affect on the Georgian people. NATO has a choice now, either protect their puppet or the Georgian people. I certainly hope, they do the later and support Nino B, allowing her to bring real democracy to Georgia, and improve the Georgian peoples lives. For this to happen, however, NATO would have to give up its cold war geopolitical games. This, in the final analysis, would mean a reduction in the number of beurocrats on the NATO gravy train pay roll. So you can see what will probably happen!

How can you say if there is or not any democracy in Georgia? We are sick of Russians, LEAVE US ALONE. People's will is to be with NATO, not with VAMPIRE Russia. Saakashvili is the best president ever. We are took sweet peace of cake for Russia and can not let us go. Shame on you RT "journalists", all the world knows that you are just puppets of KREMLIN. Fill sorry for you.

You have to look at Saakashvili's ties to the state of Israel and what Isareli political action committee (AIPAC) that has a great deal of sway over United Sates foriegn and military policy. The fact that the USA is the major player of NATO and its foriegn military policy is dictated in a strong sense the same Israeli political action committee i just mentioned. Even though George Bush is gone the same foriegn policy with Georgia still prevails

I just find it amazing that no one has highlighted the fact that the largest international base in the world that even the main stream media mention that militants moved there base from Afghanistan to in 2003 and were the likes of the guy seen in the CNN video instructing and making chemical weapons is in the Panski Gorge in Georgia and I would presume that probably US, Israeli and Georgia instructors are probably giving Intel and help instruct these guys on attacks on Russian soldiers. I think Russia made a strategic mistake on recognising the two regions independence they have nothing for the opposition to make an agreement with the Kremlin. @CherokeeApache There’s also JINSA whose board of directors authorised the resolution for NATO expansion in 98.

Seing what is going on, in Georgia; it is evident that american arrogance and provocation thru Ukraine, Georgia, Israel and naturally NATO will not stop. Two months from the Moscow summit, it shows how sincere is the american administration and Mr Obama. I suggest to Mr Medvedev and Putin to take more seriously the BRIC association and forget those western countries who are in a desperate situation.
