I do not agree that this place should stay open. That being said, Gitmo is a result of the asymmetrical nature of the terrorist war. One must compare this to a reaction to guerrilla wars prisoners and not a traditional war. If you follow the Geneva rules on prisoner treatment you are playing by the rules and I DO feel the USA is doing so despite the rumors aside. But I feel that there could be a better place to do so.
