June 08, 2012 20:16
Some world cities are becoming crippled by garbage, and the problem is only worsening as governments struggle to cope. According to a new report by the World Bank, urban rubbish generation is set to increase twofold over the next 15 years.

All kind's of industries must be forced to produce products that are fully recyclable or reusable. The products, as well the packaging of it. Some exceptions could be made if it is not possible to make it that way. But not to many!
I have not posted anything derogatory , yet, you have sent me a red message. So, RT and Russia, you can go and be knotted. Kind regards from Spudder. I hope the Yankees will get your 'zsopa'. Cheers.
Human have the technololgical prowess to make robots. All that is needed is labor to process this urban waste problem. Human labor is too expensive, so we will use robot labor.
There are "lights out factories" all over the World; where robots basically do all the work, and robots work on robots. The robots are sophisticated enough to handle very complex tasks, and not just the simple tasks performed by industrial robots in a laboratory.
W ith computer image recognition and complex actuators that can mimic the complex movements of the human hand, we can have some multi-armed robots that operate like Walle to process this "urban waste." And all we humans have to do is to sit back and supervise the robots. Japan can build the robots. Japanese are good at building robots, and with their economy blown up from the nuclear reactors, they can make a new mega-industry to regenerate their economy by building trash processing robots.
Just burn the rubbish in power stations and produce electricity. This makes most sense. Alternatively, it can be wrapped in plastic and dumped into the depths of oceans, adding some heavy rocks to it, so it won't float.
