The “Yakutian Hachiko”, whose loyalty to his dead mate hit the headlines earlier this month, still hasn’t come to terms with the death of his pal. The hound has rejected a New Year gift of a warm kennel to protect him from Yakutia’s biting cold.

Speaking from my own experience in caring for feral Cats:Yakutan Hachiko has obviously gone feral.  The best things to do for him are to let him live where he chose to.  Have a person he trusts bring him food, and tend to his health needs.  Build him a hut with an entrance and escape, and line it with hay or straw, where he can form his own nest.  Other than that, let him live as Nature suggests.  Do not hope that a feral animal can be adopted.  At best, he will let a well-trusted Human pet him.

Yaki should be allowed to be with his mate, forever, and should mate with as many dogs as possible to bring back to balance a capitalist ideology that all dogs should be purebred. Even though we know inbreeding results in cruel physical characteristics such as hip dysplasia and mental breakdowns from the loss of long history of innate nature of obeying the order of nature.  If Yaki was a purebred this 'elephant' type nature would be gone. All the inbreeding is creating a huge imbalance of natural kingdom and nature. Why do dogs pee on the rug  in their owners home? Because they are inbred, a real dog would never pea or poo in the house unless it was sick. Do we really want dogs? Or do we want human like babies? Never to be satisfiec with human like babies because they will never live up to humans expectations anyway.  Why not just leave well enough alone!  The kids that are calling for poison are as inbredded and brain damaged as the dogs that are in bred for money.  What another sham on nature and humanity!
