Half-built hotel collapses in central Russia

Four people have been killed and two others seriously injured when a hotel which was under construction partly collapsed in the city of Nizhnekamsk in Russia's Republic of Tatarstan.
It was a four-storey building.
According to reports it collapsed between the second and third floors.
The condition of two people in hospital is reported to be satisfactory.
Emergency groups are working at the scene as there are fears more people could be trapped under the rubble.
