Hopes fading for missing sailors

It capsized and sank after a head-on collision with a Chinese boat off Lantou Island late on Saturday. Seven people have been rescued.
A tug is currently trying to move the ship to shallower waters. An earlier attempt was abandoned due to strong currents. Divers have also failed to reach the sailors.
