Idealy speaking; one should not 'deal' or 'negotiate' with another ,when you are in a state of fear!! B'coz fear has a paralyzing tendency..!! just as 'greed' has a blinding-you Quality..!!! and ambition tends to have a 'rough-shod riding tendency.. Oh! this is applicable to every-body and not atall nation specific or region, state specific. IN fact..civilisation.. itself means to TAME these negative influences and not allow them interfere in rational and reason..!! This is basically the CRUX between 'civilised' and un-civilised or 'barbaric'.First ,you have to deal with your 'fears' and only then, deal with your opposite negotiating partner..! OR ELSE you make some disturbing mistakes.. RAAJ JOSHI email; aventinesylla@yahoo.co.in

I just keep saying it and here it is again - the Russian leadership is simply superior. President Medvedev is a civilised and wholesome man and he makes the journalists and politicians of the West look very inferior, in my eyes. Please Russia, do not ever be corrupted by what the West has become. "Western Civilizations" is finished. I pray that Russia will hold onto her great traditions like the Orthodox Church. THAT is what will keep her strong and good, and good and strong.
