Unsecured Wi-Fi networks are to blame for Internet credit card fraud, said Berin Szoka, director of Center for Internet Freedom.

In America’s biggest case of identity fraud to date, a court in Florida recently accused Albert Gonzales and two Russian accomplices of stealing the information on 130 million credit and debit card accounts.

Tell me something I don't know! My cheque/ debit card has been compromised and replaced three times. And I have used the 7-11 atms. Even worse, Citicorp/ Citibank admitted it had no way to protect atm users' information. My simple advice, go to your own bank's atm ( no fees ) or another major bank atm.
