As an US American, I can only blame the US Government for the behavior of Israel. The US arms and funds the Israeli military and government. If the US gave Palestine a fraction of the aid we give Israel, Palestine wouldn't need aid from Israel in the first place. We slap Israel's hand for their belligerent actions, and then turn around and reward them with their next aid check. Who is more insane, Israel or the US?

So, for example, if i'm sailing to America, must the Mexican government first approve my visit and tell me where to off-load my cargo? For the last time, stop using this excuse : 'aid could be sent through the israeli borders'. We all know that only 20% of the sent products get to palestine. Israel is not trusted with aid. This is none of israels buisness wether the boats wanted to deal with palestine or not.

If Israel was prepared to deliver the aid to Gaza then there was no reason it couldn't be delivered directly to Gaza by the flotilla. Based on their previous form they would not have delivered the aid. Israel's actions are as always predicated on control and power.

As was said. Israel offered to transfer any aid to Gaza through the Eretz Crossing which was rejected by the flotilla organisers. Why? If they are human rights groups concerned about human values why didn't they want to accept this option which would gurantee aid to be reached to Gaza? Secondly the flotilla was informed at sea. 5 ships responded and stopped but the ship in which there were violent attacks on soldiers refused to sail towards Ashdod port. ( you can watch the official communication which takes place, theres a video idnfadesk on youtube) You can do reasearch international law there are various opinions. IDF soldiers were fired upon, firebombed and clubbed with bats as well as knived (check the size of the knives by the way). Check the facts about the seriously injured soldiers, 2 were critically injured.

Israel must understand that the world will not forget its barbarous crime against people of many nationalities.
