“All those worries consistently expressed by the US are only from the US military industrial complex. They have a phantom pain as they are missing the Soviet Union as major number one adversary big time. Now they are whining for a number one adversary to justify the US military build-up. This is the only reason to justify the fact that the US’s military budget exceeds the ten other closest competitors worldwide,” Khruschev said.
