Iran has announced it has designed a radar-evading, or ‘stealth’, aircraft capable of taking out high-value targets without being detected by hostile radar systems, Press TV reports.
well, im just waiting for the nukes to start falling now -_- Why do countries even bother creating these if we end up going into WW3 then most of the people who run the world will possibly be nuked in the proccessso why bother? We should enjoy life life while its flame burns!
Oh no what are we going to do. I heard that right after they deliver there stealth nukes to the "infidels" they will take there new space shuttle to mars for a colonization trip.......i mean really, come on, what a bullshit scare tactic story. Notice how no auther would put his name on this made up bullshit
And let me guess, they have a new missile defense system that can shoot down missiles in enemy countries as soon as they leave the silo;)....Yeah right, Iran with stealth???......this is just one big joke and ALOT of propaganda to try and scare the U.S. and Israel. If Iran has stealth tech, then EVERYBODY should be able to develop it;)LoL. Who wrote this story anyway????...B/C it couldn't of been an intelligent scholar because WE and THEY ALL know that nobody believes that IRan has developed ANY kind of stealth tech. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAhA......WAT A JOKE.
Oh please, Iran with stealth technology? Almost any industrialized country's airforce could flatten Iran's airforce. The only way Iran could develop a stealth jet is if they bought the technology from China or Russia whoose technology is far from up to date.
we never accounted for the missing stealth plane shot down over serbia. My concern would be if Russia desighned stealth missles by back engineering the technology.
Sounds like a pile of horse hockey to me ... Iran has made past attempts to build a entirely Iranian fighter, in the past, and it didn't work out so well. I could believe the Russians gave them something, afterall the F-117 is based on Russian mathmatics paper, but the Russkies don't have a stealth capability. This is nothing more than propaganda ... I'd believe it far more, if the report said the Chinese gave them something ... but still, the Chinese don't have a verified stealth capability either. Kinda sad actually. a people who invented chess, can't come up with better strategy than pathetic disinformation attempts. Did the Ayatollah himself post this hogwash?
The Pentagon is accelerating by three years its plans for a super bunker buster, the GBU-57A/B or Massive Ordnance Penetrator (MOP), a powerful new bomb aimed squarely at the underground nuclear facilities of Iran and North Korea . The gargantuan bomb is longer than 11 persons standing shoulder-to-shoulder or more than 20 feet base to nose and weighs over 15 tons (31,862 pounds). Some 18 percent of its total weight is comprised of explosives. The GBU-57A/B MOP is so immense it can only be carried by either a B-52 or a B-2A Stealth bomber. The weapons explosive power is 10 times greater than its predecessor, the BLU-109. Moreover, the GBU-57A/B MOP is one third heavier than the MOAB dubbed the Mother of All Bombs. This super buster all started with a break-through by the Raytheon Company when it developed and tested a new conventional warhead technology to defeat hardened and deeply buried bunkers. The new technology, called Tandem Warhead System, consists of a shaped-charge precursor warhead combined with a follow- through penetrator explosive charge. A small MOP prototype was exploded deep under the rugged mountains of the White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico in the caverns of the little-known Weapons of Mass Destruction National Testbeds. The slender orange-colored MOP small prototype was vertically hung, nose down, just inches from the floor of a narrow cavern and then detonated. During the test, the newly developed 1,000-pound-class test warhead set a record when it punched through 19 feet, 3 inches of a 20-foot,330-ton, steel rod-reinforced concrete block rated at 12,600 pounds per square inch compressive strength. In fewer than 10 milliseconds, the explosion delivered into the target more than 110 million foot-pounds of energy via a high-velocity jet of molten metal. After they let go a few of these on them there won't be much left to see.
> but the Russkies don't have a stealth capability. There is the Sukhoi T-50
what is the comparison to the f-22 raptor or the russian t-50

Considering all of the past hoopla from the Iranian gov. and it's level of technilogical expertise their prediction of a stealth aircraft by next year seems a little far fectched. I have been associated with the development of military hardware over the last 40 years and I firmly believe no matter how much stealth they try to achieve we will have the capability to detect and counter any of their offensive weapons.
