Syria and Iran preparing for a Naval conflict in the Chinese Year of the Water Dragon is intelligent and smart.

Syria and Iran's naval officers need to collobrate on who to locate and eliminate US/UK/Israeli submarines, what military frequencys and coded communications to use in specific situations and operations. Such are best done in a 1-1 exercise and direct face-face collobrations.

Russian technicians should also help with locating and jamming US/Israeli drones observing the joint exercises and attempting to evesdrop on the Iranian-Syrian naval communications.
