Th anks for the info NWO...I personally think all these wars in the recent past was all about taking over the caspian region...Lets not forget the Georgian incursion through that piece of real estate that gets near the water in that area.   I used to buy into all this we the good and them the evil stuff but it looks like the so called conspiracy theories turned out to be right on the money..fair play to all those folk who saw all this coming and tried to warn the sheep..erm cattle or whatever we are being classed as now

Why are people afraid of Iran getting nuclear weapons?Surely the threat of mutually assured destruction would prevent Iran ever usingtheir weapons, should they make any. 'MAD' might be a dangerous balance of power,but it has worked since the creation of nuclear warheads and prevented the USand USSR from destroying each other. I agree with everything stated in thearticle, except the criticism of globalisation. This is the most logical moveforward which if a consensus could be reached, might just remove national antagonismsand make humanity more cohesive and less divided. Democracy and freedom needsto be replaced with unity and reason which is a service to everybody, not justthe select few. RT is a great questioning force in the world media, however itshould not appear to be just slagging off everything 'the west' does, that willonly create scepticism that you're one sided just like the western media. Nonethelesskeep up the good work!

It is obvious that I have stumbled upon a news site frequented by brainwashed people that have no facts about what is going on in the world.    I think it would do the world justice if we, the United States never helped anyone.  Let's see- what would the world look like?:   1.Ja pan would own all of the Pacific including China. No one seems to care how Japan treated the Chinese, Philipines, etc before America kicked their ars. 2. South Korea wouldn't be thriving with multiple car companies.  They would be starving to death like North Korea. 3. Most if not all of Europe would be Nazi Germany. 4. The Middle East would serve as "non-arian" slaves to Hilter's legacy. 5. Russia would be Japanese in the East and German in the West. 6. Kuwait would be owned by Saddam Hussain 7. Saddam Hussain would eventually take over Iran 8. Women in Afganistan would still be sex slaves for Taliban.   Al l of you who hate the USA make us Americans laugh.

@Europe Furthermo re, people know Germany understands their own weaknesses. Land and resources is what is holding back Germany. Western Europe has had their eyes on Russian land and resources for hundreds of years. Why else would Napoleon waste his army marching into Russia? And Hitler doing the same just 50 years later. Western Europe's limitations are resources and land. They want Russia. Period. Have fun trying to convince the Russians you're their friends and they should lay down their arms. LOL
