Israel should put an end to pointedly hawkish political discourse towards Iran because a preemptive assault might cost it a loss of global legitimacy, warns Elan Baruch, a former Israeli ambassador to South Africa.

Whoever try to justify their crimes on the account of a religious book is a fanatic. If you study Exodus you'll see that Moses was a criminal. It all was about murder and robery. Is there anything new today? Might makes right. So many UN resolutions only to be vetoed by US. Knowledge is Power. If only most of the people in the world knew the past and the present we would have a much greater future but most people would rather be dead than think. On that card the jews play.
Israel only has allies so long as Europeans feel guilt for their Nazi past....but as time goes on and the Israelis continue to act like Nazis themselves, one stumble from the US and Israel is down the toilet.....Flush.
Viva Israel, yes Israel has allies, but just look at other countries? like China, Russia, India (half of the world already) and other countries. Are those countres with Israel?? so applying democracy here and we get something similar to this: more than half of the world isnt with Israel so Israel looses democratic ellection here so to speak :D
Not only is "Israel a bully on the verge of global isolation", but every Western politician and government who sides with Zionist Israel against peace will delegitimize their continued political existence. These politicians either don't realize this, or else don't really care what their constituents want, peace not "piece" -- a piece of Lebanon, a piece of Jordan, a piece of Egypt, a piece of Syria, a piece of Iraq, a piece of Saudi Arabia, and all of Palestine, as do the Zionists of Israel. There can be no peace in the Middle East as long as the Zionists are in control of the Israeli government. The only governments in dire need of regime change are Zionist Israel and Zionist-captive America.
ViVa Israel writes "..the US, the UK, France, Germany, Canada, India, Australia, Italy.."
*sig h*
the point the article makes is that all of the countries you listed are democracies, and not one of them could continue to stand by Israel if it chose pre-emptive strike action against Iran, their electorates simply wouldn't stand for it.
you say "[y]our bs news is worthless", I say you didn't read and/or understand the article.
you guys are nuts................ . Israel only has the US, the UK, France, Germany, Canada, India, Australia, Italy and others on her side. Your bs news is worthless in the real world
People have been opposed to the presence of Israel since 1946. I dont see how "isolationism" could increase. As it is now, anything Israel does is justified by the west and denounced by the East. I dont see that changing anytime soon, regardless of what Israel does or doesnt do.
‘Israel a bully on the verge of global isolation’
How ironic indeed, the bible creators couldn’t learn a single lesson for the mast two millenniums. Once they did it in Europe, now they are right on the verge to turn the entire humanity against them.
"[The Israeli] right wing has always profited from a nervous public mood on defense issues.."
whi ch is probably why Yitzhak Rabin had to die.
the truth though is that Mr Baruch, while diplomatic, is not confident in rational Israeli decision making under Netanyahu and can see 'the writing on the wall', why else did he resign?
