Death toll expected to exceed 10,000 in tsunami-hit Japan

Northeastern Japan has been hit by a tsunami reaching 10 meters high in some areas that were caused by an earthquake measuring 8.9 on the Richter scale. The confirmed death toll has exceeded 900 with more than 10,000 missing and feared dead.

Something can be known, once the weather critical mass levels of controlled force [manipulated?], equal to the creator of the whole power?  Clearly, never.  Thus, maybe "man" should stop messing with the weather?  How can the insatiable desire to know how much more energy can be manufactured able to move oceans and so on, can the proof be in the disasters and therefore?

UN Agenda 21, appears ready and able with all the correct technology to be prepared for the noted disaster(s).  Of what, exactly, here, do we see humanity gaining as a whole species?  The UN gains and has grown exponentially over clearing disasters?

UN , very good doing many disasters everywhere, global.  Who-whom are the stockholders'?
