The pilot must be congratulated for proving, the world over, that he is one of the top most well trained and experienced pilots the earth has ever seen.  I hope this pilot and his crew get the "Medal of Russia" for this superb work during life trying times.  Some pilots from other first world countries must be retrained in Russia.
