Afghan President Hamid Karzai and India’s PM Dr Manmohan Singh signed three bilateral agreements late on Tuesday during Karzai’s visit to India. The visit could potentially put a strain on the two countries’ relations with neighboring Pakistan.

Sir Mr. Karzai
If you [Sir Mr. Karzai] knows how to play your shows very well with your neighbor countries, it is not a problem. It is very good thing for the future of the Afghanistan for next many years to come.
If Si r Mr. Karzai does not know how to play your shows very well with your neighbor countries, it is a problem because Sir Mr. Karzai plays with fire.
@justnfree. The situation is a different one in Afghanistan then Cambodia.... We fight a religious terrorist organisation that will not lay down it's arms even if ISAF leaves... They want full control over Afghanistan and they will not stop fighting until that happens. Another issue is with Pakistan! There can't cooperation if Pakistan doesn't do their share of the problem, they have a lot of problems with militants close to the border with Afghanistan but they don't attack them and wipe them out. If they had done that the war would have been over by now, the problem isn't in Afghanistan but Pakistan. Thousands of militants comes from Pakistan but does the Pakistani government do anything? No, they don't so until they do the war will continue....
Iran was suggesting cooperation between Afghanistan' neighbors for years. But nobody cared, obviously for other neighbors it wasn't such big problem back then. still this kind of cooperation without Pakistan won't give any real results. and if Pakistan cooperation expected US influence should be decreased.Bottom line: In order to have security in the region, Nato should leave and all the regional countries cooperate. US used to blame and bomb Cambodia when they failed in Vietnam. But in the end when they left security restored in the region. Although many suffered for years. Now situation between US, Afghanistan and Pakistan is the same.
