Latvia expels Russian diplomat

Latvia has ordered a Russian diplomat to leave the country because of alleged 'activities not corresponding to his status'.
Russian Ambassador, Viktor Kalyuzhny, was called to the Latvian Foreign office where he was told that a member of his staff would be declared persona non grata.
The name of the diplomat in question hasn't been made public, and it's still not known exactly what he's been accused of.
