Those who seized power in Kiev want to sour relations between West & Russia - Lavrov

05.03.2014 09:37

The suggestion of Kiev's new self-proclaimed government to swap economic aid for the placement of US missile defense shield looks too much like an attempt to sour relations between the West and Russia, said Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.

The U.S and the EU are out to steal the gas, and turn the Ukraine's into slaves to serve them, that is what it will boil down to in the end. The U.S and the EU start the fighting in Ukraine, Then blames Russia. That is how the U.S scheme works. "THEFT" The same scheme they have been using in Iraq, Libya, Viet Nam, And every nation they have illegally invaded. The U.S military has depleted so they will use up Ukrainian lives to do their dirty work.

Lavrov, you and Putin have just turned the clock back to 1988. Enjoy a long cold war, you have proven yourselves as being untrustworthy.

Ivo Petrović 14.04.2014 13:03

But Russia and you Lavrow will act smart and will not invade Ukraine anymore, right?

I find it most revealing how uCro mentions Cetniks in Crimea and the role the Cetniks played in World War II but is silent about the Ustashi, who, even by Nazi standards, freaked the Nazis out over their barbarity and depravity. The behaviour of the Ustashi made even the Cetniks look like ballerinas.

Mr.Sergei Lavrov has fortunately seen through the strategy of the Maidan-gang.
The y knew that USA have some false estimates about Russia and so they had spread deceptions to create confusion and distrust to get influence in this way.
The same thing did once left-over members of the SD (Sicherheitsdienst) called "Gehlen Organization" during the Cold-War. Nowdays the US know that most of the informations from "Gehlen Org" were false and served in truth just Gehlen's purpose.

How can the US, the EU and Yatsenyuk be trusted in any way? They reneged on the agreement, used or knew that rioters were used specifically to produce mayhem and injuries to property and people. And now he wants to swap missiles for money? What will he sell next if that doesn't bring in enough?

Nuland certainly chose a very incompetent man for government!

Mr Lavrov do the right thing and urge Putin to pull all Russian troops out off the Crimea and Ukraine. That will show the West that Russia is a peaceful nation.

That would be a rather disastrous move, especially now that the Russian soldiers in Crimea are the only element that can prevent civil war. In addition, if Russia did as you say, the thugs would overrun Crimea to oust the Russian fleet and base. But they act to stabilize Ukraine.

Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in others eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye?

Only Crimea? Why not demand that Putin and the Russian government hands over Russia to USrael to show the West, that Russia is a peaceful nation?

Lavrov, You are a sane man looking for a better world that your counter part can not deliver.

RUSSIA SHOWED RESTRAINT --ONLY 1 WEEK

It would have been dreadful to have moved slower against a coup months, if not years, in the planning and possibly even training. Certainly a number of persons are alive thanks to Moscow's largely diplomatic opposition to the regime, but even more so due to local activisim in the southeast; aided in large part by those soldiers and police who have rejected the former artificial state's institutions now in control of the insurrectionists - - leaving the Banders to throw all their hopes behind Washington and NATO.
