lybia took 1500 years to become a nation and a homeland.
im not saying the kahdaffi regime was perfect, no rulling partie is, anywhere in the world.

but lybians were well better off in 2002 than they are in 2012, and it will take another 1000 years to be a nation and a homeland again. lybians for the next 100 generations will never find piece between them.

i hope theres a special place in hell for obama, clinton, sarko, merkel, stoltenberg, harper, and of course cameron. may you all burn for eternity for the crimes you commited in this earth against the human race. i live here too.
the very first line in your post nailed you. the rest of your post confirmed it. sucks to be you. ha-ha!
the phoenicians setled there and by 500 bc[ do your math: 500bc-2000 bc gives 1500 years.  LYBIANS started their country with trading around 500 bc ... learn history of the world yourself . and refrain to insult people that write their opinions in this forum.

how could anyone in the West possibly benefit from invading Libya and plunging it into Civil War? Nobody would! Furthermore, the solution to ending conflict is giving a side more weapons, that's a good way to destroy Libya. Libyans have liberated themselves and it is up to them to figure things out for themselves. They don't need Russia to ignite an imaginary Cold-War like you all seem to think is still going on... I don't know what Anti-West propaganda and misinformation you're being fed in Russia, but as an Egyptian I can confidently say the death of Ghadaffi is the best event in decades for Libya... it's up to the Libyans to not screw it up and they don't need Russian or NATO or Chinese involvement anymore...---------- -------------------- -------------------- -------------------- -------------------O f all people an Egyptian has the stomach to talk about the chaos in Libya?Suffice it to say that most Arabs are using borrowed heads and with the so-called uprising, they are going to end up paying the ultimate price.Meanwhile the West is planing, and certainly set,to annihilate the Islam which threatens World peace.

What US/European Countries don't get they destroy it. It is their attaitute/character since the begining. Just think about those countries who when were about to become independent from Brutal racist Anglosaxon Britain they destroy them. India, Pakistan are the biggest example by British instigated Civil war which cost million lives and successive war by arming the the parties cost till today. Bankrupt US/West now cannot control other nations so atleast they can destroy them. World living in poverty will always be at US, Europe and West mercy like for 75 years now.

Motive of US/NATO (unregistered) wrote in #20
Believe it or not. The very Motive of US/NATO/Al-Qaida Alliance from the start is to Invade, destroy, destablize then leave that country permanently in Civil War and Bloodbath. If I am wrong then prove me that this is not happening in Iraq, Afghanisstan, Yemen, Somalia, Libya and now Syria the same path has been followed. It is not one but 5 countries so far with same story and same Game. They have similar plans for Iran, Russia, Lebanon, China and North Korea.

Wh ere are you getting these so-called facts? What POSSIBLE benefit to the US or NATO or Al-Qaeda for this? NATO is the most powerful alliance on the planet, there is literally no reason at all that would benefit it doing these falsefied facts you are making up. The US has strong trade parternerships and is in financial debt to China, why would they want o destabilise it?
You are making up nonsense. Are you telling me the US faked a terrorist attack on themselves, then crippled their economy into trillions of dollars in debt, so that they could then invade Russia or China? Like I said... the Cold War is over. All of these things you are saying the US is doing - it gives them NO benefit. Why would the US spend trillions invading  country to kill one of their so-called allies? What was Afghanistan to America before Bin Laden? In your theory Al Qaeda intentionally destabilises countries so NATO can attack? Firstly, Russia and China would not be destabilised by a terrorist organisation. Secondly, if this as the case Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, Syria, and Yemen would all be under ACTIVE occupation  NATO and US forces already as they are highly destabilised. Yet none are! Thirdly, doing is gains NO BENEFIT either economically or strategically to the US or for NATO. What you are saying makes no sense and is just scare tactics and fear mongering anti-US propaganda.

Libya was about destroying the Central African Bank and a gold backed currency. The destabilization of Libya was just icing on the destructive IMF and global banking cake. Libya is about to take a dive in the human development index.

Destablizing Libya was the Purpose (unregistered) 04.06.2012 17:48

Destablizing Libya was the Purpose of NATO so that there is Civil War in the end. It is duty of Russia and China now to Liberate Libya and save their lives because they could have stopped NATO in UN to Stop rabies dog like US/NATO/Arab League/Al-Qaida.If Russia and China keep sleeping then these Mad dog will bite them ultimately. Help Libyans to Free themselves by providing advance weaponry.

The Colonel held that country together for 40 years and kept it prosperous a few months of NATO bombs and troops and now look at it, this is what is planned for Syria and Iran. If by kept it together you mean ruled it with an iron fist, oppressed, kidnapped, censored and murdered the people, economically ran the country into the ground and gained international mistrust by aided terrorists, sure.
What the Libyans do with their country after, with NATO's help that THEY requested, throwing over a tyrant such as Ghadaffi, is THEIR responsibility and neither Russia or China's or even NATO's. In the whole campaign NATO's sum actions resulted in 2 civilian casualties... Ghadaffi's mercenary army? Thousands. They bombed Ghadaffi convoys and militants that were destroying innocent lives and towns with tanks, artillery and so on.
If NATO were undiplomatic, they would already be in Syria. But they aren't because of Russia investment in the country, and Al Qaeda presence aswell as UN Observers.
