CCTV cams caught the Moscow police major who shot dead three people and wounded another six in a Moscow supermarket on April 28.
This police officer should be clearly sent to jail for life! No exceptions! No "out of his mind" and mental illness b.s.! Although he is clearly mentally sick, perhaps this is on a majority, a pathological police syndrome in Russia. On the bottom line: Jail for life and no exceptions!
