"A country free of corruption, and a move towards modernization and the World Trade Organization &n dash; that is the future President Dmitry Medvedev has outlined for Russia " Good luck with that as long has humans value it’s measured by the amount of money you have in your account mister president your dream of ending the corruption it will never be achieved first get rid of the money as a exchange currency bring the free alternative energy to humanity and bring a system based on proper resource management Russia it’s a rich country you can handled, forget about WTO, the word must beg you to join. By the way I know 100% Putin it’s the next Russian President I foreseen it.
The gift of the Rus' was expressed radically by the unheard of transformation of an agricultural people to become the technical superpower that launched one of its own to take mankind's first step into space - and the world watched in awe - as their world was instantly changed by this one step - thousands of years after the first - becoming the second most noteworthy step in mankind's long march through time and into space. The gift is there as absolutely anything can be created if the Rus' decide to reach and achieve. The ability, the follow-through and the achievement of that final goal has been documented - for all to see - on the world's books.
Everything has to happen at once: an independent and ethical judiciary, a State Duma that is prudent and adheres to the constitution, a refusal by citizens to accept the old system of bribes and kickbacks, a professional and honest police force, and a press that is not fearful of or slavish to the powers that be.
If Medvedev can make it all happen, I hope he comes to USA and tells us how we can do it, too.
In general terms it can be considered like a short-sighted policies. Nobody is against the goal (modernization and free of corruption) but the methods. Goals and methods (The Know How,implementation tools and money) are in total incompatibility. You can't think making a positive great scale changes without the existence of a well-outlined and implemented infrastructure. It's sounds me like another Gorvachev fantasy. Let's wait to see changes in favor of US and EU.Greetings from Mexico
