Bales is a lying, vengeful and dangerous conman, who cheated an old couple out of their 1.5 million dollar retirement.  The US Army did not force Bales to obey to judge and pay back the 1.5 million dollar fine.  Such a man, has no redeeming qualities.  Drunken rages define his life.  What is wrong with the US Army recruitment policy� �that it likes to recruit evil soldiers like Bales?
